Yulia joined the Foundation in December 2014. She is in charge of international projects implemented under the following programs: Museums without Borders, Effective Philanthropy, Culture Symphony and Vladimir Potanin Fellowship Program. She also oversees the foundation's cooperation with its partner, the Russian International Olympic University concerning the organization and holding of the annual Olympic Scholarships contest for students and invited professors of the English language Master of Sports Administration program.
Prior to her work with the Foundation, she was an assistant with the management and administration department of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore where she coordinated the international scholarship program of the Ford Foundation at the Institute of International Education.
Yulia graduated from Moscow International University with a degree in Linguistics and Cross-Cultural Communications and later got an MA in Dartmouth College, the USA.
